We want you to feel confident booking with us. Here's exactly how our refund policy works — no surprises.
Non-refundable once the interview has taken place. If we determine during the interview that we cannot help you, we will not charge the fee.
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once active work has begun (partner introductions made, documents reviewed, or housing search initiated).
If your visa application is rejected due to an error made by us or our licensed partners (incorrect documentation, missed deadline, procedural fault), we will refund 50% of your total package fee paid to date.
If your application is rejected because you did not meet eligibility criteria that were disclosed and acknowledged during our consultation, no refund applies. We conduct eligibility screening upfront to minimise this risk.
If you decide not to proceed before active work begins, we will refund your deposit minus a $250 administration fee. No refunds once active work has commenced.
